InWork Global LLC, a Florida company, and its entity in India, which also operates as InWork Global (together “InWork Global”, “we”, “us”), run www.inworkglobal.com and provide our services. Both follow this policy. InWork Global has served clients since September 22, 2024. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form (for example Book a Call, Get a Proposal, AI Assessment or Discovery), email us, apply for a job, or use the AI chat assistant on our website, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the details of your inquiry or conversation.
Chat conversations. Our website chat is an AI assistant, not a person. We store what you type in it, use an AI model to summarize the conversation, and send that summary to our team so we can follow up with you. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account, health or government ID numbers) in the chat.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of visits. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity records how you move, click and scroll on our pages so we can improve them. Analytics tools do not load until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie Preferences. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from others. We may receive business contact information from partners or referrers you have asked to introduce you to us.

- To provide, manage and bill for the services you engage us for
- To send you service, account and appointment messages by email or, if you have opted in, by text message (see Section 4)
- To send you marketing email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with:
- Service providers who work for us under contract, such as website hosting, database, email delivery, AI model providers that power our chat assistant, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics and SMS delivery providers. They may use it only to perform services for us.
- InWork Global in India, our own entity that delivers work for our clients, under this same policy.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
4. Text messages (SMS) and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we will send you text messages about your inquiry, scheduled calls and our services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Full details are in our SMS Terms at www.inworkglobal.com/sms-terms.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including for as long as you are a client and for the period required by tax, accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as we need them to prove consent and honor opt-outs.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Cookies: use Cookie Preferences in the site footer or your browser settings.
- Access, correction, deletion: email hello@inworkglobal.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We will verify your request before acting on it.
8. International transfers
InWork Global LLC is based in the United States, and our entity in India delivers much of our work. Your information may be processed in either country. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
9. Children
This website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell you directly if a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us.
