InWork built PetCare AI: an AI health guidance chat (symptom checking, dietary advice, breed-specific information), Ring Smart Camera integration for AI-triggered monitoring alerts, a vet connection module routing AI triage to live consultation, and owner-to-owner community features.
Consumer AI in health-adjacent contexts demands restraint. The platform makes no clinical diagnoses, escalates certain symptoms with an automatic prompt to consult a vet immediately, and clearly labels every AI output as informational, not medical advice.
