Manual review of subcontractor financial packages was slow. A typical project required reviewing many sub packages — a long stretch of analyst time before a contract could be awarded.

Document intelligence layer
Multi-format ingestion (PDF, DOCX, Excel, scans), OCR via Azure Form Recognizer + AWS Textract, document classification, and field extraction with confidence scoring.
Financial analysis engine
Financial ratios calculated automatically, multi-period trend analysis, bonding-capacity estimation, and peer benchmarking.
Risk scoring
Normalized 0–100 score with tier classification, top-3 risk factors with weighting, and automatic exception flagging into an underwriter queue.
