OEM Certification & Compliance
10+ active OEM certifications.
OEM certification is the difference between full-price technology and co-op-funded technology. InWork Global / InWorkChat holds active certifications in 10+ OEM programs — so your dealership's investment can be substantially reimbursed by the OEM.

What it means
Why OEM certification exists.
Major automotive OEMs run co-op advertising programs — they reimburse dealers for a portion of marketing and technology costs, but only from certified vendors.
Certification is not a formality. It requires a security questionnaire review (TCI, SIRA standards), integration testing with OEM reporting systems, compliance with OEM branding and messaging standards, and annual recertification in most programs.

What it means for dealers
Certification turns a cost into a co-op line item.
Co-op eligible technology
Because the platform is certified, the OEM reimburses 50–100% of the monthly subscription cost — turning a full-price expense into a co-op-funded one.
No IT security friction
OEM security requirements are already met, so there's no security review friction during the dealer approval process.
ADF/XML compliance
ADF/XML lead format compliance means no integration friction with OEM reporting systems.
White-label
Non-automotive OEM and white-label.
InWork also provides OEM customization of InWorkChat, InMarine, and InMotion for automotive technology platforms that want to offer chat under their own brand — full white-label, with no InWork branding.
This is the same certification discipline applied to partner platforms, including data-exchange certifications such as Fortellis for direct integration with OEM dealership networks.
50–100%
Of monthly cost may be co-op reimbursed
OEM certification is the difference between full-price technology and co-op-funded technology. InWork's 10+ active certifications mean your investment may be 50–100% reimbursed by the OEM.
